VIDEO BOX 6.2 –

Das Magisch-Reale in den Werken von Gossing/Sieckmann und Erik Levine

24. Mai 2018, 19.00 Uhr,
Haus der Universität Düsseldorf
Schadowplatz 14
40212 Düsseldorf

zu Gast: Miriam Gossing und Lina Sieckmann
kuratiert von Darija Simunovic, M.A.

PROGRAMM:
Miriam Gossing/Lina Sieckmann: Ocean Hill Drive (2016), 21 Min.
Miriam Gossing/Lina Sieckmann: One Hour Real (2017), 12 Min.
Erik Levine: Still Lifes (2016), 27:37 Min.

CAPRI BY NIGHT //  Schauspiel Köln

In May 2018 CAPRI BY NIGHT presents  SPATIAL SHIFTING
Curated by Lina Sieckmann and Miriam Gossing.

“ The films in the program take the notion of space as a starting point for a diversity of cinematic experiments. Artistic interventions range between subversion, illusion and passivity. Spaces of uneasiness, boredom, flamboyancy and non-compliance. Spaces that do not exist, spaces that are created within editing, spaces reaching out from far beyond. Reshaping the present through a prism of images, the film itself turns into a mystifying architecture.
Spouting, bursting, pretending, shrinking, loitering and absorbing.

Gossing / Sieckmann
